Moroccanoil, a leading company in the cosmetics industry, is looking for a Contract Manager to join its dynamic team of Legal professionals in Montreal. Under the supervision of the General Counsel, the Contract Manager will be responsible for the review, negotiation and management of contracts as well as provide timely and accurate counsel on a variety of legal topics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, draft, manage and negotiate a wide range of contracts (e.g., Service Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements etc.).
- Coordinate design of contract verbiage with other internal departments including Legal, Finance, Customer Service and Marketing.
- Provide contract interpretation and counsel to internal departments in a variety of legal topics.
- Support the General Counsel in all other legal tasks, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingualism (English and French).
- Bachelor's degree in Law preferable (open to paralegals and contract managers with relevant experience).
- 2-3 years related legal experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation (preferably from an in-house environment).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Extensive understanding of contracts.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow through tasks with mínimal supervision.

Vous serez aussi consulté par l’ensemble des divisions de l’entreprise à divers niveaux.

Principales responsabilités
- Révision, rédaction, gestion et négociation d’une grande variété de contrats commerciaux (par exemple, des contrats de service, contrats de fabrication de produits, etc.).
- Coordonner avec les autres divisions internes, notamment finance, le service à la clientèle et marketing, dans la rédaction des contrats.
- Fournir des conseils juridiques à l’ensemble des divisions de l’entreprise touchant une variété de sujets.
- Soutenir la conseillère juridique principale dans toutes autres tâches juridiques.

Compétences
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français).
- Baccalauréat en droit de préférence (ouvert aux parajuristes et gestionnaires de contrats possédant une expérience pertinente).
- 2-3 ans d'expérience juridique connexe dans la rédaction et la négociation de contrats commerciaux (de préférence au sein d’un département juridique).
- Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office.

Aptitudes
- Compréhension approfondie des contrats.
- Soucieux du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
- Aptitude à travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
- Capacité à gérer un large éventail de dossiers.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
