**Responsibilities**
- Competently operate production equipment
- Carry out work which includes the movement of raw materials and finished goods as required
- Conduct preventative maintenance (equipment/facility cleaning) general housekeeping
- Line troubleshooting and problem solving
- Make adjustments / repairs / improvements as appropriate.
- Day to day line communications and activities to ensure that activities are well coordinated and that the line is running effectively.
- Actively participate in vertical startups and proper setup of equipment during production runs and changeovers.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work under extreme heat conditions and conduct heavy lifting
- Must be able to perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching, grasping and stair climbing
- Effective communication skills
- Takes ownership of tasks assigned
- A team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
