**Crew Chief for Interior and Exterior Painting**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals for a summer painting position. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn a new skill and earn summer income.

**Expectations**:

- The best employees will be given operation management roles(That includes: more money and responsibility)

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing other painters
- interacting with clients
- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Problem solving skills
- Motivated people
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Painting Experience Required

**Schedule**:

- 40-50 hours a week
- Monday-Friday (with the option to work weekends if interested)
