**Summary**
Slegg Building Materials is currently seeking a Full-Time Logistics Supervisor. The shifts are Monday - Friday.

**The Responsibilities**
- Supervise logistics team and coordinate work to ensure productive operations
- Hold staff accountable for performance, attendance, and misconduct
- Ensure that all health, safety and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency
- Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
- Create policies or procedures for logistics activities
- Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records
- All other duties as required by management
**The Requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Able to work in a flexible and fluid environment
- Inclusive and collaborative style/personality
- Passion for learning with the proven ability to deliver results & sustain improvement
- Exceptional organizational skills with history of utilizing a systematic approach to resolve issues
- Expertise level of Microsoft Office Suite
- including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to work under conditions of pressure and adjust to urgent situations
- A positive can do attitude is essential
**The Location - Langford, 1210 Chidlow Connector Rd.**
