- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process client’s orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
- Manage accounts payable functions, including tracking outstanding invoices and payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and shipping carriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track and monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Liaising with warehouses to verify receipt of items.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and other logistics issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate project logistics.
- Scheduling Project Set Ups
- Assist with office administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
