We are looking for pizzaiolos to join our team at Buco Epcor Tower. Currently interviewing for people to work in a dynamic, fast paced Italian casual dining environment. The successful applicant(s) must have prior experience in a high volume restaurant setting, some experience with Italian cuisine.

**Specific Skills and Abilities**:
Fluent in English

Willing to work as an effective team member

Able to exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Able to communicate pleasantly and professionally with the public, staff, and managers
- Able to learn and practice skills quickly
- Developed organizational skills
- Able to stay on feet and move quickly for extended periods
- Able to bend and lift continually
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Able to prioritize
- Able to perform a repetitive job continuously
- Able to follow recipes and picture books exactly
- Able to cross-train and be versatile in all areas of the kitchen

**Pre-Requisites**
- Able to work late hours weekdays and weekends
- Competent as a Restaurant cook

**Experience**
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
- Experience working under pressure
- Experience working as a cooperative team member
