- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Monitor progress and quality control
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or conflicts
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
