**Job Purpose**:
As a Personal Marketing Brand Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide essential support to the Creative Director and ensure the seamless execution of strategic branding initiatives.

**Content Creation**:

- Utilize Canva to create compelling and visually appealing content for marketing initiatives
- Produce compelling and relevant content for diverse platforms, including social media, blogs, and personal websites.
- Develop and curate multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts, aligning with the preferences of the target demographic on each platform.

**Social Media Management**:

- Effectively manage and leverage multiple social media platforms to drive marketing efforts.
- Produce compelling and relevant content for diverse platforms, including social media, blogs, and personal websites.
- Develop and curate multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts, aligning with the preferences of the target demographic on each platform.

**Brand Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor branding.
- Execute effective personal brand strategies

**Executive Support**:

- Manage daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate tasks and projects, delegating responsibilities to team members when necessary.

**Research**:

- Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, filing, and data entry
- Scheduling and following up with potential clients
- All other duties assigned

**Confidentiality**:

- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters

**Experience/Skills/Competencies**:

- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Marketing role
- Capability to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage stress effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Experience with Redbook and Canva required
- Knowledge with other social media platforms would be an asset (Pinterest, TikTok etc)
- Experience with WordPress and website management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
