Position Length: July 3-August 18
- Requires:_ First Aid Level C. Must be 18 years or older. Relevant leadership and childcare experience is considered an asset. **All staff must be available for Training Week: June 26-30.**
- Facilitation of inclusive games and activities for children ages 8-14
- Participating in camp-wide events
- Supervising and providing direct care to campers as needed. This requires, but is not limited to: Assisting at meal time, personal care, night checks, cleaning camp equipment, providing a safe and welcoming environment, engaging campers in activities, being a leader and role model, providing campers with a memorable camp experience
- Working with other Camp Staff to run daily activities
- Aiding in planning activities for campers

If you're looking for a fun and inclusive summer experience, Kasota East Camp is the place for you Spend your summer on the edge of beautiful Sylvan Lake and have your meals provided for you all summer.
This is an overnight summer camp that runs from Sunday evenings to Friday afternoons, with partial Fridays off and Saturdays off. Staff are expected to facilitate their own transportation to and from camp, which is located at Half Moon Bay on Sylvan Lake.

** Our Camp is accredited with United Church Camps and the Alberta Camping Association. Staff are not required to be of any religion to work at camp, but must be willing to follow the UCC and ACA values and standards. Many staff who work at camp have no religious affiliations.
Our Camp is also a place of safety and inclusivity for the LGBTQIA++ community, for both our staff and campers. We take inclusion seriously at camp, and any discrimination of any sort is strictly prohibited. **

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
