We’re looking for our next Manager, FPA. Could it Be You?
The Manager, FPA is a key member of the FP&A team whose purpose is to deliver insightful financial information and analysis to the executive team to support decision-making across the organization.

What’s it like working as a Manager, FPA at Questrade?
Leading one financial analyst and working under the direction of the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the incumbent supports the business leaders within Questrade’s Technology Group (QTG) and Cyber Security (CISO) teams by providing financial insights into the performance of the business unit.

This team will work closely with the QTG and CISO leaders in the development of financial budgets, forecasts and the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and use this financial information to influence decision making, leading to overall business growth.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting business unit leaders in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Supporting the preparation and financial analysis for business cases across initiatives within QTG and CISO.
- Conducting various financial modeling projects on operational short-term and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Providing monthly and annual operating results analysis against budget and report results to business unit leaders across the organization.
- Leading and assisting with special projects within the Finance team.
- Pursuing continuous improvement in business processes for FP&A.
- Motivating, leading and setting performance objectives for employees and providing regular feedback.

✔ Have a post-secondary degree /diploma in a related field
✔ Have 5+ years related work experience, with at least 3 years at a senior / people leadership level
✔ Hold a CPA designation
✔ Are results driven
✔ Have the ability to train, on-board and performance-manage team members
✔ Have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize work within tight deadlines
✔ Have experience interacting with all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing
✔ Demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skill
✔ Have advanced Excel skills
