**About the role**

**What you will do**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Lead and coach a sales team (4-6 people) to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their land care needs
- Estimate, sell and supervise Commercial Maintenance and Enhancements
- New sales: Actively source new sales opportunities outside of company channels
- Lead conversion: Quickly turn in-house leads into new projects
- Sales funnel & pipeline reporting: Build and maintain an active sales funnel and manage monthly pipeline reporting showing quantity and value of deals at various stages (e.g. qualified, proposal, negotiation, signed)
- Create job packages from estimates for field teams

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in landscape maintenance or design or a related field; Experience, selling to property managers and condo board an asset
- Ability to influence, successfully present solutions, and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with proven ability to cultivate relationships that result in sales opportunities and repeat referrals
- Good horticultural and plant knowledge required; Landscape diploma or certification is an asset
- Enthusiasm for being outdoors and working with clients in natural setting
- Very strong time management skills required
- Excel, Word, and Outlook skills required; Design software experience an asset
- Clean Class G with driver's abstract is required (own vehicle is an asset)
- Winter snow removal experience an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales team leadership: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence - Clean (preferred)
