**What can I expect to do in this role?**: As the
**Manager, Development and Maintenance**, you will:

- Collaborate across project workstreams to ensure open and transparent communications, alignment of vision and project goals, and coordinated progress of shared deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and delivery partners to mitigate risks and remove barriers, in support of successful implementation.
- Coordinate and provide input to the development, tracking, and reporting of project financial forecasts in alignment with approved project budget.
- Provide oversight and direction on creation and presentation of executive level materials including for example options analysis, status reports, briefing and decision notes.
- Identify staffing needs, lead recruitment activities, make hiring decisions in support of project demands.
- Promote a values-based and inclusive team through employee engagement, communicating deliverables, setting, and evaluating performance standards, and promptly addressing performance and employee relations matters.
- Champion a respectful work environment across a diverse team that includes Cluster staff, clients, vendors, and delivery partners.
