**Job Title: Team Lead - Putting up Signs and Flyer Delivery**
**Job Overview**:
We're looking for someone who's organized and likes being out and about to join our team. You'll be in charge of putting up signs and making sure flyers get delivered in the right places. It's a bit of a mix between being outside and managing things behind the scenes. If you're good at keeping track of details and enjoy working with a team, this could be the job for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Putting Up Signs:
- Putting up signs mounted on H-Stands following a map.
- You'll need to cover about a 2.5 kilometer area and put up around 100 signs.
**Managing Flyer Delivery**:
- Giving rides to people delivering flyers and making sure they know where to go.
- Giving them more flyers if they need them during their deliveries.
- Bringing them back after they finish.
**Checking Quality**:
- Taking pictures to make sure the flyers were delivered correctly.
- Letting us know if anything goes wrong
**Requirements**:
- You'll need a car that can fit 5 people, including you.
- A valid driver's license.
- Being good at managing your time and keeping things organized.
- Being okay with working on Saturday mornings for putting up signs and Sunday evenings for taking them down. If you and the team prefer, we can do it on Friday nights after 10 pm.
**Benefits**:
- You'll get hands-on experience working outdoors and managing things.
- We have a great team and a fun work environment.
- Work most the shift by yourself
