We are currently seeking an organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
The Office Administrator will play a key role in the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth administrative processes while contributing to an uplifting atmosphere for both clients and staff. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about wellness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the calendar for practitioners.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments and manage billing procedures.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and client outreach.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve clinic processes and client experience.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Assist with cleanliness of the office such as restocking supplies, laundry, and disinfecting surfaces

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Experience with motor vehicle accident claims
- Experience with the Jane EMR system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for wellness and holistic health practices.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

**Benefits**:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
