Are you a customer service and development-focused Sales professional? As an **Account Development Manager**,** you will help to service and develop customer accounts within the Trois-Rivières territory. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet your territory's sales targets;
- Ensure the growth and development of your territory;
- Maintain the market (visits to customers and construction sites);
- Conduct prospecting to find new customers;
- Negotiate prices and discounts;
- Make technical recommendations;
- Ensure a high level of technical knowledge of the products.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma with a profile in administration, relevant experience can however compensate for the lack of training desired.
- Knowledge in the field of painting;
- Bilingual - English / French.
- Minimum experience of 2 years ideally in the representation of technical products or in relation to the field of painting, contractors, or construction.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office environment.
- Sense of organization and a good sense of autonomy.
- Strong sense of leadership, creativity, initiative and a great ability to work in a team.
