Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage banquet and catering events, including coordinating with clients and ensuring successful execution
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or restaurant supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Farsi
- Experience in food production and catering is desirable, 4 years minimum
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
