**Per Se Hospitality Group** is now looking for a full time, strong career minded, **Kitchen Systems and Standards Personnel **to join our team. We're a growing restaurant concept looking for someone with a positive, energetic attitude that is willing to grow with the company.
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Kitchen Systems and Standards Personnel to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for ensuring that kitchen operations adhere to established systems and standards, enhancing efficiency, consistency, and quality in food preparation and service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**: Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and sanitation processes.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure compliance with culinary standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections.
- **Training**: Train kitchen staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and best practices. Facilitate workshops and ongoing education sessions, update syllabus and allergy lists
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies. Assist in preparing for health inspections.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with management to maintain inventory systems, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in kitchen workflows and procedures. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of procedures, training sessions, and compliance checks and all checklists including, line checks, temperature checks and cleaning checklists.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, in a senior level management or supervisory role with a Multi unit company
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control methods.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
**Working Conditions**: This position requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends or as the business needs.
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
