**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in **VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.**

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for BC Pension Corporation. You will be part of a collaborative team that operates in a fast-paced environment with ongoing multiple demands and shifting priorities.

As a member of the Employee Services Centre branch, you will play a key role in projects and initiatives, such as the implementation of new technology/tools and modernizing processes that will shape the future of our work. With a passion for continuous improvement, you will leverage data and analytics to inform your plans and recommendations, strengthening overall quality and efficiency.

**What do you need to succeed?**:
**Must **have**
- Completion of a post-secondary credential in human resources or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Three years of experience leading talent acquisition activities, programs, and initiatives, preferably in a union environment, that includes:

- End to end recruitment services
- Providing consultation and advice to hiring managers
- HR and recruitment technology and social media

**Nice** **to** **have**
- Experience recruiting for IT positions is preferred
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred
