In this role, you will report to our Glenmore location and be responsible for managing inventory, restocking items for each location, unpacking deliveries, and maintaining our master stock room. You will also assist with various tasks as assigned.

- A high level of accuracy and accountability
- Enjoyment of autonomous, quiet work environments
- A proactive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and improve
- An openness to feedback and the ability to use it for professional growth
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Resourcefulness, seeking out training and solutions independently when needed

**You May Struggle in This Role If You**
- Are prone to errors and lack attention to detail
- Prioritize speed over accuracy and high-quality work
- Struggle with memory or forget important tasks
- Allow obstacles to interfere with work performance
- Have difficulty accepting constructive feedback or adapting to changes
- Find it challenging to work independently or proactively seek solutions
- Display a lack of flexibility in assisting with tasks outside of your defined role
- Create a negative or exclusionary work environment that impacts team morale
- Respond defensively to feedback and fail to incorporate it into your work

If you’re someone who thrives in an organized, detail-oriented role and enjoys working independently, we want to hear from you. Join our team and help us maintain the high standard of service we provide in our life-saving courses

Below is a little more information about our company:

- **Guest-Centric - Make them say WOW**

We start with the guest and work backwards - every detail matters. We work vigorously to earn and keep guest trust and their business. Although we pay attention to competitors, we obsess over our guests. To us, the guest experience is an extreme sport that requires creativity, focus and a solid game plan. Our rally cry is “exceed expectations”. This requires sharpening our skills, and developing genuine personal connections, to understand what each guest needs and how we can help. Go above and beyond and never ever let a guest go away unhappy.
- **Positivitude**

A positive attitude is contagious. So is a negative one. The more positive energy we experience, the healthier and happier we feel. We are a culture of people willing to challenge ideas. Ask questions. Just do it with positivitude and the intention of making things better. Think of obstacles as opportunities.
- **Bias for Action by Giving It a Go**

If we’re not moving forward, we’re moving backward. Speed matters to keep us competitive and guest-centric. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk taking. Giving it a go means we never accept the norm, just because it’s easy. It means we are inventive and have an adventurous spirit. We encourage qualities like open-mindedness and flexibility. We are curious and ask questions, not being afraid to step out of our comfort zone. No project or idea is too daunting. We want to create and communicate a bold direction that inspires results.
- **Insist on the Highest Standards**

We have relentlessly high standards. We see what is out there, and know we can do much better - that we can be the BEST in fact. Our high standards contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of the company. By maintaining high quality courses, products and services, we can better withstand market challenges. Our reputation is built on delivering consistent, high-quality work which attracts top talent, loyal customers, and trustworthy business partners setting us apart from the competition. We set the market standards because we believe that excellence isn’t just a goal, it's a way of life. Our commitment to innovation, quality, and integrity inspires us to lead by example, raising the bar and challenging the industry to reach new heights. Together, we are not just part of the market; we are shaping its future.
- **World-Class Talent**

At our core, we are a world-class professional team driven by a championship mindset. We understand that true excellence demands exceptional talent at every position and a relentless pursuit of greatness. Like a professional sports team, we embrace the challenge of performing at the highest level, knowing that our collective skill and cohesion will lead us to victory. We value the artistry of i
