Wealth Management Assistant

Temporary position for 6 months.
As a wealth management assistant, you will play a key support role for the advisor or a team of advisors, carrying out all the administrative and operational tasks involved in managing the 360 offer. Your role is to implement, from an operational point of view, the solutions proposed by the advisors, in collaboration with the support team. You have the leadership skills needed to handle requests from your members and customers, and to resolve various administrative situations while maintaining our high quality standards. You coordinate and prepare exchanges between members and customers, their advisors and expert partners. Your privileged and regular contact with customers means that you are proactive and know how to anticipate future events. You take the appropriate measures and monitor developments in the situation of members and customers. Your mastery of interpersonal relations becomes an essential skill. Your actions are designed to meet the needs of members and customers, while aiming for their complete satisfaction and business growth. You will put your results-oriented skills to good use, while ensuring sound risk and compliance management, as well as adherence to current practices and policies. More specifically, you will:
- Provide administrative, customer service and business development support to investment advisors and the team.- Respond to information requests from clients regarding their accounts and the firm’s products and services. Conduct research and follow up as needed to deliver quality service. Forward requests to the right person.- Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels based on how much independence and automation they want.- Take phone calls, handle information requests and forward them to the right person.- Help identify your team’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement.

What you bring to the table- Attestation of Collegial Studies- A minimum of three years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required
