- Full Time**Position Overview**:
As the Facilities Administrator for Calian’s Health Division, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Primacy Clinics in their territory. As the main point of contact for doctors, clinic management and local Loblaws store management, the Facilities Administrator ensures that all clinic needs are met. The Facilities Administrator will demonstrate professionalism in order to maintain and increase operational effectiveness and ensure profitable success of each clinic as per their Sublicense Agreement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day to day support for clinics, including maintenance issues, marketing requests, changes to clinic metrics such as hours; doctors on staff; services offered; and updates to involvement in loyalty programs
- Act as the main point of contact for the clinic, pharmacy and store management, and on-site contractors
- Be available on occasion for after-hours clinic inquiries and emergencies, unless taking approved vacation time
- Draft communication as required including policies, events, changes, clinic news
- Advocate to management on behalf of the clinics by making recommendations for upgrades, expansions, or marketing
- Prioritize maintenance, renovations and new build construction including contracting 3rd parties, communicating scope of work to the medical clinic, assessing results, and forwarding invoices to management in a timely manner.
- Travel to each clinic annually to meet with key clinic contacts in specified region to evaluate operations, review the condition of the facilities and assess recruiting needs
- Work with National Service Manager as necessary to develop marketing strategies
- Provide reports as required to Primacy management, finance and site recruiting departments as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year experience in a customer service or an Operations role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining relationships
- Able to provide timely customer service and efficient follow-ups
- Demonstrated passion for the position and day-to-day duties as outlined above
- A clear sense of urgency to achieve results and a focus on a positive customer experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Highly developed sense of tact, discretion, and judgement in dealing with confidential, sensitive and/or delicate matters
- The ability to think strategically and assist in developing strategic solutions and approaches

**Additional Requirements**:

- This role will require you to work a Hybrid work model
