**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining rapport with clients to enhance the relationship and support the company vision.
- Creating and delivering professional client and stakeholder communications products, in person or writing. Including updating Excel TFSA Calculations and updating summaries with various products.
- Investigating and resolving client and stakeholder inquiries.
- Monitoring and adhering to all applicable financial industry compliance, privacy, and security regulations.
- Maintaining and improving documented procedures related to our financial and business processes.
- Prepare and process client trades, transactions, and other related industry activities.
- Reports directly to the Analyst Co-ordinator.

**Education/Skills**
- 2 years relevant work experience or post-Secondary certificate in Business or Administration.
- Strong in follow up, detail oriented.
- Ability to diplomatically engage third-party financial institutions administrators to expedite incoming transfers.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft based programs.
- Experience in Univeris and Maximizer preferred.
- Ability to articulate numbers-based workflow
- Excellent grasp on the English language (verbally & written)
- Ability to work in a Team environment.
- Be curious and committed to lifelong learning
