Toromont Cat is looking for a Receptionist to join our team The Receptionist plays a vital role in customer service at our Branch as the as the key customer contact for Answering and forwarding incoming calls greeting customers courteously and directing them to appropriate department.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Answers and forwards incoming calls
- Greets customers courteously and directs them to appropriate department
- Completes the visitors logbook
- All other clerical tasks required by the immediate superior.
- Be available for replacing other roles

**Must-haves for this role**:

- High School Diploma combined with 2-3 years of experience as a Receptionist
- Knowledge of Outlook Word & Excel, an asset
