**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing various aspects of our properties and facilities. Your expertise and practical skills will contribute to ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment for our clients and residents.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform general maintenance and repairs for both interior and exterior areas of our properties, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.

2. Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards and take prompt action to address them.

3. Repair or replace damaged fixtures, equipment, or furniture to maintain a high standard of quality and safety.

4. Respond to maintenance requests from tenants, clients, or management in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, materials used, and completed tasks.

6. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies during all maintenance work.

7. Conduct minor landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed, such as lawn mowing, snow removal, and cleaning of outdoor spaces.

8. Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for events or gatherings as required.

9. Source and purchase necessary materials and supplies for maintenance projects, while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

10.Collaborate with property management and other team members to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.

11.Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment, reporting any repairs or replacements needed.

12.Conduct preventive maintenance procedures to extend the life of equipment and minimize future repair costs.

13.Provide excellent customer service to tenants, clients, and residents, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.

3. Proficiency in various repair and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.

5. Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

6. Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform various hands-on tasks.

7. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, tenants, and clients.

9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and maintenance techniques.

10.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.

**Salary**: $15.07-$35.00 per hour
