**JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS)**:

- An MSW or BSW is preferred (a College Diploma in Social Services may be considered along with other relevant university degrees or diplomas deemed suitable by the Executive Director).
- Must be able to work flexible hours to meet client and program needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development, age appropriate behaviour, facilitating life skills and employment readiness. programming and issues facing youth who are transitioning to independence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required for one position and an asset for the other position.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle.

**EXIGENCES DE L’EMPLOI (QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES)**:

- De préférence, une maîtrise en travail social ou un baccalauréat en travail social (on pourait considérer un diplôme collégial en travail social, de même que d’autres grades ou diplômes universitaires jugés convenables par le directeur général);
- La capacité de travailler selon un horaire souple pour répondre aux besoins de la clientèle et du programme;
- La connaissance éprouvée du développement de l’enfant, du comportement qui convient à l’âge, de l’animation de programmes d’aptitudes à la vie quotidienne et de préparation à l’emploi, ainsi que des questions auxquelles les jeunes font face lors de leur transition à l’autonomie;
- Un excellent esprit d’analyse et d’excellentes compétences de résolution de problèmes;
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, excellent entregent et excellent sens de l’organisation;
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est requis pour un poste et un atout pour l’autre poste
- Permis de conduire valide et utilisation de son propre véhicule
