Full time coffee shop manager position available immediately.
**Responsibilities**:
Train & supervise cafe staff
Resolve customer complaints
Be sure Food & Health Safety Regulations are adhered to
Be sure staff carries out all duties effectively
Handle online/phone orders
Must Have:
High school diploma or GED
Effective communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem solving, leadership and organizational skills
Food Safety Certification
Knowledge of POS system
Strong passion for all things coffee
Management experience is an asset
**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
