**Summary**:

- Our Executive Flight Concierge will directly manage our client’s flight operation interactions with our company._

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a customized and hassle free flight experience for our clients through strategic initiatives._
- Build branding proposals to help maintain the Gold Standard of Corporate Aviation_
- Problem solves issues that affect the owner’s efficient use of their aircraft._
- Interact with our clients and enter their trip details and service requests into the scheduling system._
- Ensure that all requests comply with company policies._
- Coordinate with the crew, maintenance and the contracts managers for all events relating to the aircraft that affects its availability or ability to conduct missions._
- Supervise the trip from creation to completion in order to mitigate any issues that could affect the client._

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree completed_
- Background in client service, marketing and branding_
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours to satisfy the client’s requests._
- Considerable aviation knowledge_
- Strong client facing communication skills_
- Strong multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills_
- Strong IT capabilities_
- Multi-lingual is an advantage_
