Qualifications:

- Experience with cleaning process and procedures
- Experience with different types of cleaning equipment and cleaning products
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Ability to work alone and show initiative
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Verbal communication skills

**Duties**:
Under the general supervision of the Cleaning Supervisor, the Building Service Worker performs routine cleaning services associated with cleaning of an office facility including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, stripping, and refinishing floors, restocking washroom supplies, collecting and disposing of refuse. Position also performs various setups for building functions such as moving and setting up tables and chairs.
