**eCommerce Advisor (IntegrateIT)**

**$15-$21 per hour, Full Time, Days, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm**

eCommerce Advisor is an entry-level position. Advisors are responsible for creating and maintaining important relationships with Manitoba's Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). They act as an essential conduit between IntegrateIT and the SMEs. Associates review and identify business needs and recommend entry-level options that help businesses optimize their micro-grant funding in support of digital marketing and eCommerce adoption.

**Job Duties**:
Using the systems, tools and established protocols developed by IntegrateIT, Associates are responsible for the following duties:

- Review case files and understand business’ goals and objectives
- Conduct SWOT analysis, understand business's current state
- Research industry opportunities, target markets and trends
- Meet and consult with the business to discuss the project objectives
- Formulate and present recommended options to businesses and obtain feedback
- Understand digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce products
- Develop digital marketing content and graphic design
- Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and deliver on specific projects
- Other projects and committee work as assigned

- Experienced in animation, videography, and photography (asset)
- Dependable and have access to reliable transportation

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Be between the ages of 17 and 30 (inclusive)
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status (Work permits and student visas are **INELIGIBLE**)
- Be a high school graduate considering pursuing post-secondary education **OR** A recent graduate from a post-secondary institution **OR **currently attending a post-secondary institution (**Meet any one condition**)
