**Your Qualifications**
- Reliable

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make necessary adjustments on equipment
- Good understanding of anatomy, physiology and diseases processes
- Customer service experience an advantage
- Clean and valid driver’s license
We are growing rapidly and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Product Consultant for rehabilitation equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advise clients and Therapists on the selection of Mobility, Seating, Positioning, Accessibility equipment and Home Care supplies
- Work directly with Occupational and Physical Therapists in a team to develop and implement an appropriate plan for setting clients up with mobility and seating equipment.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Establish and maintain positive, productive and mutually beneficial relationships
- Forecast and influence stock levels based on data from the field, determined in conjunction with many components of the supply management chain
- Control and monitor inventory of trial equipment used by Therapists in the assessment process of client needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal sales and support employees to provide efficient service to address clients needs and provide a positive outcome
- Safely operate provided company vehicle as well as maintenance
- Includes travel to various facilities as necessary to provide services and attend training as required
- Register equipment, process paperwork necessary including quotes and prior approval documents for funding and billing, as well as provide appropriate billing codes to Therapists for Provincial and Federal Third-Party Funding Agencies billing purposes
- Attend training, seminars and conferences pertaining to home medical equipment. These expenses will be covered by the organization

Applicants must be compliant with public health and workplace safety regulations. Given the nature of this role, this compliance may require applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide satisfactory proof of vaccination.
