Surrey, Canada CB Supplies Full time

**Due to more demand, CB Supplies is permanently expanding our manufacturing department. We are looking for a full-time, committed, motivated, and detail-oriented Production Team Lead/Lead Hand to join our Night shift (11:00 pm - 7:30 am Monday - Friday).**

**Wage and Schedule**:

- $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (included shift premium of $4.00 per hour).
- Full-time, night shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am, Monday - Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Instruct and manage crew personnel as per the shift supervisor.
- Rotate and assist crew and supervise as needed.
- Ensure products meet dimensional and quality thresholds.
- Make equipment adjustments and start production lines.
- Learn to perform production operator roles and train junior staff on these roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Access to reliable transportation; the bus does not run during this shift.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
