This position provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial, and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day-to-day priorities of the manager, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary School graduation (Dogwood, GED) and 6 months administrative experience in an office environment; OR One year of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Administrative experience must include the following:

- Experience working with spreadsheets.
- Experience with data entry.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and video conferencing.
- Experience with the CLIFF tracking system, EApprovals, and ARCS/ORCS records management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- More years of administrative experience in an office environment. Applicants who self-identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit with the required combination of education and experience.**About this Position**:
