As a **leader** of the business, you will be part of a **diverse** leadership and sales **team**, who you will **inspire** and **motivate** each day. You will **influence** the sales teams of our retail partners on **driving sales**, providing **excellent product knowledge**, building strong relationships and ensure the brands are represented to the Armani standards. Your ability to combine **entrepreneurial spirit**, **passion** for the brand(s) and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with **organizational skills** to manage the business will greatly influence the results.

As a Sales Manager in Concession, you will support the execution of our **shared mandate to drive sales**, maintain **strong visual** **standards **and partner with the team members or our retail partners’ to **expand and grow** **client relationships with a special focus on MTM**. Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to **partner **with and support their associates, **drive store revenue **and shape the **brand experience**. In addition, you will be **accountable** for ensuring appropriate **communications** are cascaded throughout the team.

As a member of the team accountable for driving sales, you will act as a brand ambassador, sharing **product knowledge**, and providing the **highest level of service**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum one (1) years of experience in similar retail luxury field
- College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
- Experience with luxury apparel sales is preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate indirect reports
- Demonstrated experience in executing Sales Management Trainings and Presentations
- Basic experience level with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
- While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
- Ability to travel when required, both domestic and international
