**Job description**
- Discuss progress and problems of children at parent meetings
- Diaper and feed infants and toddlers
- Support early childhood educators in carrying out Montessori programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children (will be trained)
- Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts
- Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
- Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
- Prepare children for outdoor play and supervise kids during outdoor play
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain daycare equipment and assist in housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping record
- Keep the daycare clean and presentable at all time
- Clean the daycare acording to daily, weekly and monthly schedual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

The daycare workers are required to show the vaccination ( including Covid-19 vaccines ) and health record the day of interview.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
