**Capital Pro Group** is a dynamic, fast-growing financial services company located in the heart of Westboro Village. We offer a complete range of services to help manage all aspects of your financial needs from Accounting, Taxation, Wealth Management & Insurance services.

We are currently hiring multiple **Bookkeepers**. Your main duty and responsibility is maintaining the accounts of our various clients in order to ensure that our senior staff can properly implement accounting principles. We are looking for someone who has at least **2 years of experience in Canada in a bookkeeping role.**

**Starting wage is based on experience and knowledge.**

As a Bookkeeper your duties will include:

- Monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts;
- Preparing remittances for payroll source deductions, HST remittances, WSIB, EHT and Corporate taxes;
- Preparing T4 slip remittances and monitoring the distribution of slips;
- Preparing Audit documentation if and when required;
- Calculating, preparing, and issuing bills, invoices, and statements of accounts;
- Administering and preparing Payroll for clients in a timely fashion;
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management as needed;
- Preparing, monitoring, and maintaining computerized accounts payable and accounts receivable;
We are looking for someone who is:

- Detail oriented;
- Great at time management and can work within deadlines;
- Able to stay organized;
- Works well within a team;
- Has great client communication skills;
- Maintains client confidentiality;
- Must have experience in Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Profile or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of previous work in Canada as a bookkeeper or tax preparer or equivalent;
- Having experience in personal tax preparation;

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
