**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opening for an Employer Brand Associate to join our dynamic team at a premier employer branding and culture consulting firm. This role offers a unique blend of Human Resources and Marketing, allowing you to collaborate with our experts and assist our clients in comprehending their culture's distinct strengths and opportunities. As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in crafting employee value propositions, impactful employer brand and culture strategies, and overseeing the creative development and execution of employer brand campaigns.

As an Employer Brand Associate, you will take on a diverse range of projects tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives. Your key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional client support and guidance on employer branding, culture, and human resources, working closely with Senior Consultants, Directors, and your Senior Director.
- Conducting and analyzing research, which may involve employee surveys, interviews, focus groups, and market research.
- Developing various content pieces such as reports, employee value propositions, talent personas, key messaging, job postings, social media content, and employer brand guides.
- Managing and coordinating projects efficiently.
- Creating client-facing reports and presentations while adhering to BIG methodologies and style guide elements.
- Contributing to the implementation of best practices and streamlining operational processes.

- Relevant experience in Human Resources, Employee Communications, Research, or Marketing, with a preference for a combination of these domains.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical abilities, tech-savvy, and possess an entrepreneurial approach to work.
- Highly organized and adept at multitasking, as you will be managing multiple projects with competing deadlines while fostering innovation.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools like Asana.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently with drive and determination.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments, where growth and innovation are central to success.
