Your primary responsibility will be to promote growth of the WSN Group of Companies with all department offerings and features with a primary focus on part sales, while building new and strengthening existing relationships

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attain the sale and gross profit objectives set by the company
- Remain current on all products, services and programs we offer
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Always maintain a positive attitude with Clients and co-workers
- Attend all company functions, both social and business
- Keep communication between departments and branches open and positive
- Conduct regular visits and calls to clients
- Acting upon client requests in a timely, truthful and ethical manner
- Prospecting and establishing new accounts
- Promoting all branches, departments, products and services we offer
- Record keeping of all customer communications for future reference and follow up
- Ensure the utilization of available technologies and programs are used
- Attend regular scheduled meetings to discuss budget shortfalls and responsive actions, wins, losses, market feedback, issues, concerns and forecasts
- Participate in all makes training and promote all makes offerings
- Attend vendor training as it becomes available
- Complete tasks within expenses budgeted for travel and entertainment
- Make initial contact to new accounts in a timely fashion
- Follow up on delivering of quotes shortly after they are prepared
- Create and populate a customer product worksheet
- Assist in maintaining our Elite Support certification: Customer focused way of doing business and cultivate a continues improvement culture
- Required to help when short in the Parts Warehouse for various duties
- Complete training as required
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned company vehicle and follow our Driver policy
- Responsible to follow all companies’ policies and procedures

**QUALIFICATION &**

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience
- Must be sales driven, organized and self-motivated
- Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driver abstract required
- Able to speak, read and write in English
- Able to sit for long period s of time and travel in all weather conditions
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
