**What does a Tactical Security Guard in Red Deer do?**
- Facilitate access to restricted areas for authorized persons.
- Patrol the site on foot
- Monitor closed circuit cameras.
- Coordinate response to incidents.
- Respond to telephone calls received by the security department.
- High level customer service to all customers and tenants.
- Removal of unauthorized individuals.

**Qualification to become a Security Guard in Red Deer**
- Valid Alberta security guard license and first aid certificate.
- Be eligible to work in Canada full time
- Criminal justice or police foundations diploma is an asset.
- Previous Tactical experience is an asset
