**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software, including Xero and Sage, to maintain financial data and generate reports.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing insights into financial performance and forecasting future expenditures.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement within the financial framework.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and assisting with financial statement preparation.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero and Sage is preferred.
- Experience with budgeting and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments to foster collaboration.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
