**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle escalated phone calls and higher-level rehashing of deals
- Receives and/or places telephone calls from/to Dealers and Business Development Managers to negotiate terms and conditions on retail credit and ensure an acceptable level of risk.
- Provide guidance, support, and training for fellow staff members
- Establish clear line of credit for Retail Credit Committee recommendations for approval

**Formal education**
- Minimum of a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS/**DEC**)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

**Experience**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Auto Lending
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Auto Lending Supervisory experience

**Competencies**
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written (French& English)
- Negotiation skills
- Attention to details
- Analytical skills
- Able to analyze financial statements
- Certified Canadian credit professional is an asset
- Previous role as a credit analyst in the automobile industry

**Work schedule**
- Rotation schedules (Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm)
