**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule installation work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Schedule and prioritize rush orders, arranging for expedited installation services as required.
- Accurately process and manage all necessary paperwork related to installation orders, maintaining organized records.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication to support the installation process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the scheduling and installation teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a scheduling, administrative, or customer service role.
- Experience in the vinyl graphics and signage installation industry is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management tasks
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in scheduling details
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries professionally
