How You’ll Make an Impact:
The mandate of the lead of Data Analysis and Services is to harness the power of data to drive
strategic decision-making and operational excellence within the organization.
This role entails overseeing the end-to-end process of data analysis, reporting and management
services, from data collection and storage to analysis, interpretation, and reporting. The ideal

- Work with data analysts to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of insights and analysis.
- Develop and implement best practices for data analysis, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in all analytical processes
- Drive the adoption of data shared services and technologies across the organization
- Provide training and support to teams to enhance their skills in strategic data platforms
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, client behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track and measure the effectiveness of data analytics initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- Completed University Degree in areas of IT, Business or related field, or equivalent working experience
- 5 years of experience in data analysis with experience with data architecture, data modelling, data integration and data workflows
- Experience working with data within the Wealth Management industry is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau
