The Opportunity

What you’ll do- Process nominations, confirmations and other daily and monthly scheduling tasks- Work with customers to resolve nomination errors- Confirm with interconnecting operators and resolve imbalances- Train customers in nominations- Respond to customer scheduling inquiries- Complete month end allocation processes- Provide detailed monthly reports to government bodies and regulators- Work with I.T. partners to ensure reliable e-commerce tools; resolve systems problems that arise- Manage the day to day operational relationship with customers.

Minimum Qualification- 2 or more years of related industry or scheduling experience- Proficiency with analytical tools (spreadsheets) and presentation software- Experience with analyzing large datasets and identify trends or patterns related to nominations and scheduling- Prior experience in the natural gas industry, particularly with nominations and scheduling processes

Preferred Qualifications- Strong attention to detail- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent telephone skills- Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to create effective solutions- Ability to work independently and within a team environment- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines

Additional Information- Work Schedule: this role requires a modified work schedule with ten and a half hour shifts, utilizing a four-days-on, four-days-off rotation (AM/PM) schedule. Shifts are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.10 hour shifts. This team works 365 days.
