Duties & Responsibilities:

- Represent and present the company for business development purpose; sell the company vision, business, culture and value proposition
- Develop initiatives, growth strengths and plans to meet business goals.
- Increase the company client base. Research, develop, implement, and monitor the annual marketing and communication plan.
- Facilitates regular and on-going collaboration with staff members and teams in all stages of marketing and communications

Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record. Experience in the immigration area is an asset.
- Proficient in business development strategies, strong negotiation skills, and extremely driven to results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales/Marketing/BD: 2 years (required)
