Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the premises
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good communication skills to report issues or concerns
