This position is Part time with the expectation that you will be able to work between 28-30 hours per week.

**Job Description**:
The Administrative Support personnel supports the General Manager in the Ontario location.

You would be responsible for a wide array of administrative issues within the company focusing on staff records maintenance, basic bookkeeping, membership and human resource materials and General office duties which will include answering telephones, responding to a variety of inquiries, operating various office equipment, coordinating/processing mail outs, faxing documents, etc.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Entering and tracking of all administration information and correspondence.
Enter invoices into Sage software
Tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Making bank deposits as directed.
Maintaining staff records and ensuring accuracy
The processing and renewal of memberships both in-store and remotely.
Conduct administration orientation for new employees as directed.
Enter payroll data accurately and timely as directed.
Coordinate Special Events under direction or Facility Manager.
Maintain shipping records.
Other duties (job related) as directed by the General Manager in location.

Requirements or Qualifications:
Specific industry related work experience not required, however you must have a proven and verifiable positive track record in the following:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Working knowledge with an accounting program.
Experience with retail point of sale systems. Preferably from the accounting / management side.
Working in a busy office environment.
You must:
be proficient in the English language with any other language training being an asset
not have a criminal record or any legal issues pertaining to firearms or ammunition
be legally able to work in Canada
Pay will depend on experience and qualifications with certain benefits and privileges.
