We are presently recruiting for a **Product Manager, Juvederm** based in Markham, Ontario (hybrid / 3-days in-office). This full-time, individual contributor position reports to the Head of Marketing.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the integrated strategy for the Juvederm brand of Hyaluronic Acid-based dermal fillers. These products fill a unique and critical role in our patients’ lives and our customers’ practices. The Product Manager will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), their patients, and the Allergan Medical Aesthetics business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the strategy for the Juvederm brand - build the individual brand strategy, align cross-functional partners in support of common objectives, and partner on how the different brands in the facial aesthetic portfolio come together in a compelling way for our customers and patients.
- Lead strategic and tactical planning (both annual brand planning and on-going implementation), as well as execution of aligned/supported plans.
- Drive execution at the field-level through close collaboration with Sales and Training team members, ensuring understanding and alignment to strategic goals, positioning, messaging and tactical plans with full field force.
- Establish clear brand KPIs that define what success looks like, and regularly analyze performance and market dynamics/opportunities, communicating findings to brand team and to senior management.
- Own the development of key solutions and tools designed to drive and differentiate the Juvederm brand with both customers (B2B) and consumers (DTC) while accurately planning and reporting financial spend.
- Work collaboratively with International Marketing & Strategic Operations (IMCO) counterparts to co-create or locally adapt IMCO-led solutions to ensure they reflect Canadian strategic priorities and local regulations.
- Build and enrich KOL relationships in support of our brand objectives.
- Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative or creative and value-creating tools and programs.
**Qualifications**
**Skills**:
- Proactive and independent in leading brand strategy and execution, while bringing forward recommendations that ‘raise the bar’ to drive performance improvement.
- Strong marketing skills including data analytics, strategy and marketing tool development.
- Resourceful self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to support both long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day execution of the brand plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and opinion leaders.
- Ability to take, process, and provide feedback constructively.
- Demonstrated financial acumen.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Equivalent to a four-year University education with emphasis in science and/or business.
- A minimum of three (3) years of Marketing experience in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry; previous cross-functional commercial experience (e.g. Sales, Category Management, Business Excellence, Shopper/Trade Marketing, etc.) is an asset.
- Experience working in Health Canada regulated industries, in particular within Beauty, Cosmetic, or Medical Aesthetics, is preferred.
- Flexibility for travel is required (~ 10%).
- Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
