**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for early childhood education.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom.
- Conduct assessments and monitor the progress of each child.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and cultural understanding.
- Implement strategies to manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interactions.
- Foster a love for learning through engaging activities, games, and projects.

Qualifications:

- Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or Infant Toddler Education, or assistant.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is an asset.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
