**Responsibilities**
- Must have grey garbage container, a white pail for rework, and Dolly before start up
- Ensure to unload racks from bottom to top
- Watch to ensure boiler temperature does not drop to less than 185degF. If the temperature goes under 185degF press the reset button. If there is still a power light failure let your Leadhand or Supervisor know immediately and stop feeding bagels.
- When ready to start making seed bagels, let the Proofer Attendant person know
- Move empty racks away, and if the bagels on boards are sticking together and/or miss-shaped let your Leadhand or Supervisor know
- Work closely to Proofer Attendant
- At the end of shift clean up your area and all along the wall and boiler electrical panel
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are observed during the shift
- Perform all other duties assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
- Must have excellent attendance and work habits
- GMP and safety awareness
