**Experienced Team Lead/Barista for our busy Farmers' Market booth in Halifax.**

**Overseeing the market operation, so customers are served efficiently and well. Providing guidance to staff when necessary and fostering a positive and supportive work environment at all times while working alongside them as a Barista.**

**In addition to having excellent leadership and communication skills, the Team Lead will be knowledgeable about crafting espresso drinks, and all things coffee related.**
- Be an energetic Team Lead with an awesome work ethic and positive attitude.
- Be resourceful and a 'can do' problem solver
- Have basic coffee knowledge and willing to learn more
- Be trustworthy, reliable, upbeat and an excellent communicator
- Manage the busy flow of a Farmers' Market smoothly and calmly.
- Provide weekly market update reports and implement any changes necessary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
